Herman D. Gimbel created “Karate” records in 1964 following his acquisition of stereophonic records pioneer label Audiofidelity Enterprises, Inc. “Karate” records
was active from 1964 to 1967, ceasing to exist at around the same time that their parent label, Audiofidelity Enterprises, Inc  relocated from their 770 Eleventh Avenue address, to their new one at 221 West 57th St. in Late October / Early November 1967. This paced “Beat Ballad” from 1964 has light, superficial wear to label and vinyl, conservatively graded between VG+ and VG++ condition
