Brainstorm was a group from Detroit, comprising Belita Woods, Chuck Overton, Lamont Johnson, Renell Gonsalves, Treaty Womack, Bob Ross, Gerald Kent, Jeryl Bright, Larry Sims, Deon Estus and Regina Carter active in the late 1970’s. The single “Lovin’ Is Really My Game” won the 1978 Billboard magazine Light Radio/Heavy Disco Record of the Year. Members of Brainstorm continued their musical careers with other bands or in production. Singer Belita Karen Woods sadly died on May 14th, 2012 at age 63. This disc from 1977 is in EXCELLENT condition, worth checking the flip too
