The Del Royals comprised Willie Harper, Calvin Lee and Willie Johnson. Willie Johnson was lead singer of The Del Royals and was also part of Newby & Johnson with Diane Newby. William Courtney Harper was also part of The Rubaiyats Willie & Allen. As a member of The Del-Royals on “Minit” records, Calvin LeBlanc cut a couple of solo 45s for the same company as Lee Calvin, turning his stage name around for his mid 1960’s release on “Sansu” records. This disc from 1969 has wear to the label and vinyl, and plays with light background noise, conservatively graded in G+ to VG- condition, same track on the flip
