US rhythm & blues and soul label founded by Bert Berns in 1966 as a subsidiary of “Bang” records, based in New York City. The label was inactive for a time, but was revived in 1971. Born April 10, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois, George Freeman is better known as a jazz guitarist. George is the brother of Von Freeman and Buzz Freeman. This disc from 1966 has some superficial scuffs, whilst retaining gloss, with some sticker residue on the flip, conservatively graded between VG+ and VG++ condition, worth checking the flip too
