Jesse J. Jones was a musician, producer and label owner, who before moving back to his native Atlanta, Georgia, had spent 5 years in Los Angeles working for Lee Rupe’s “Ebb ” records and running his own “Lita”, “Morocco”, and “4 J” records.
He owned the Atlanta labels, “Super Sound”, “Note” and “Tragar” records. Jones returned to Los Angeles and opened a ceramics studio before finally owning “Adventure One” records. This disc from 1968 is on “Tragar” records named after Jones’s wife Tracy and his eldest son Gary and features the musical skills of Jones himself on this great version. This disc has some light biro on the label and some light wear, conservatively graded in VG++ condition – GREAT VERSION!!
