Joey Scarbury was born June 7th, 1955 in Ontario, California and at the age of 14 was signed to “Dunhill” records. After moving from the label, he stayed around the music business throughout the 1970s, and in the late 1970s he started working for record producer and composer Mike Post, getting a hit with the theme from “The Greatest American Hero” for “Elektra” records, but failed to repeat this success, and from the 1990’s found success as a song writer. This uptempo slab of Northern from 1969 is in EXCELLENT condition
