Welcome to the new dedicated website for MD Records, we started this site so that we can get information about our new releases and other records and merchandise to you all as fast as possible!

John McArthur recorded in South Florida for over two decades, under a variety of names:- John “Mr Soul” McArthur, King John, Johnny Mack, John Henry, John “Rootman” Henry and John McArthur. John sadly died on May 31st, 1995. This disc from 1972 has a bit of biro and a “stamp” on the label, with some light wear to the vinyl, whilst still retaining gloss, conservatively graded between VG+ and VG++ condition, worth checking the flip too

Hi and thanks for dropping by the shop.

Due to continued being on another buying trip for the next 10 days we decided to keep free shipping as a thanks for your patience while you wait for us to process your order.

No orders made from 1 April until 18th April will be shipped until after our return to the UK.

Sorry we cannot do free international shipping but if you have friends in the UK ask them to take your order, or if you are buying lots off singles drop us a line at [email protected] and let us see what we can do.

Free UK postage (Royal Mail Tracked) will now run until 31st March 2024.
