“Loma” records was founded in 1964 as an R & B subsidiary of “Warner Bros” records and was active until 1968 when its roster and back catalogue were folded into the parent label. Its president was Bob Krasnow  who started “Blue Thumb” records after Loma was shut down and later led “Elektra/Asylum” Records between 1974 and 1982. The Marvellos was formed in 1963 in Los Angeles, California, comprising Jesse Harris, Milton Hayes, Harold Harris, Willie Holley and Lance Porter. The group first recorded for “Exodus” records, which was then released nationally on “Reprise” records, then they joined “Loma” records in 1965 . In 1975, Jesse Harris and Milton Hayes found new success in The Street Corner Symphony. This disc has superficial wear to the vinyl, whilst retaining gloss, conservatively graded between VG+ and VG++ condition, worth checking the flip too
