This Canadian group was formed in 1969 in London, Ontario and comprised William “Smitty” Smith, Steve Kennedy, Ken Marco and Wayne “Stoney” Stone and they signed with “Revolver” records, scoring a success with their first 45 in 1969 getting the attention of “Buddah” records, who signed them for US and international distribution. The group split up in January 1970 before the release of the second album, which was the last release with the original lineup. “Revolver” records owned the name Motherlode so the label had a new line up begin in 1970. Retaining Smitty, the new line up included Anthony Shinault, Philip Wilson and Doug Richardson, but the new group was short lived and the band finished in 1971.. This disc from 1969 has light superficial wear, conservatively graded in VG+ condition, worth checking the flip too
