Odell Brown formed a soul-jazz group, becoming known as “The Organ-izers”, comprising Odell Brown, Hammond organ, Artee “Duke” Payne and Tommy Purvis, tenor saxophones, and Curtis Prince, drums Within 2 years, they were signed to “Chess” records  jazz subsidiary label, “Cadet” records. Curtis Prince released this solitary release under the name “Prince Curtis” in 1963. This disc from 1963 has light superficial scuffs whilst still retaining some gloss, conservatively graded between VG+ and VG++ condition, worth checking out the flip too!!
