“Goldwax” records was founded by Quinton Claunch and Rudolph V. “Doc” Russell on August 11th, 1964 in Memphis, Tennessee and was distributed by Amy-Mala-Bell before being sold in 1970. Spencer Wiggins was the brother of Percy Wiggins and started singing for “Goldwax” records, then for “Fame” records in the mid 1960’s to the early 1970’s. This disc from 1966 has light wear, conservatively graded in VG++ condition, worth checking out the flip.
