Welcome to the new dedicated website for MD Records, we started this site so that we can get information about our new releases and other records and merchandise to you all as fast as possible!

The highly collectable “Grapevine ” record label lasted from June 1977 to summer 1980, and gave UK releases to obscure US soul records that were popular on the UK Northern Soul scene. Stanley Woodruff had two releases for the Maryland based “Juldane” records in 1976 including “What Took You So Long” which after plays in the clubs in the UK was then rereleased on this label in the following year. This disc has light wear to the vinyl, whilst retaining gloss, conservatively graded in VG++ condition

Due to continued being on another buying trip for the next 10 days we decided to keep free shipping as a thanks for your patience while you wait for us to process your order.

No orders made from 1 April until 18th April will be shipped until after our return to the UK.
