“TNT” records from Englewood, New Jersey, was owned by Trude Heller, Gloria Toote and Ed Townsend. Tommy Collins from New York, not to be confused with the “Country” artist, apparently started off singing by joining doo wop group The Paragons, cutting one record for Winley in 1959. Otherwise little is known about this artist other than he cut this superb slab of mid tempo soul in 1967, which also saw a release on “Verve” records. Apart from a little red marker on the flip and some light wear to the label, this disc is in EXCELLENT condition.
