Wallace Brothers – Go On Girl – Sims

£10.00

Only 1 left in stock

The Wallace “Brothers” were allegedly cousins, comprising  Johnny Simon and Ervin Wallace from Atlanta, Georgia and started their recording career in 1963 on the local “Royal” records, which was then rereleased on Russell Sims “Sims” records, where they recorded more 45’s and sales were good enough to justify an album on the label in May 1964. When “Sims” records finished in 1968 they signed for “Jewel” records before splitting with  Johnny Simon staying in the business for another couple of years as a member of The Naturals. This disc from 1965 is in EXCELLENT condition, worth checking out the flip too
