Walter Jackson was born on March 19th, 1938 in Pensacola, Florida – Crippled by polio as a child, he consequently spent most of his life on crutches. Walter recorded over 40 singles for Columbia, Okeh, Brunswick and a host of other labels. He sadly died of a cerebral hemorrhage on June 20th, 1983 in Chicago, Illinois. This disc from 1963 has light wear whilst retaining gloss, conservatively graded in VG++ condition, worth checking the flip too
